2-Day Sprint

In our high-energy 2-day sprints we take up one of your challenges together, resulting in actionable insights and concept solutions. After a kick-off we engage in data collection and research which is crucial input for the sprint itself In the sprint we spend day 1 on clustering the data, identifying key users and user insights. In day 2 we develop solutions and concept scenarios that can be validated.

6-Step Innovation

In our 6 step project approach we work with your team from insight to pilot (a prototype in practice) through a series of high-energy collaborative Sprints alternated with research or validation work.

2 hr Team Kick-off

With your project team and our project team combined we kick-off the project and prepare for data collection and research. We also might decide it would be good to add team training on this phase.

2-day Opportunity Sprint

Sense making & clustering Persona definition, Journey Mapping & Insight Generation

Persona & Insight validation

Each Persona and insight are vizualized such that the value of each insight can be validated with users and stakeholders. In addition Persona market size estimates are made.

4. DEVELOP

2-day Concept Sprint

For selected insights, solitons are ideated and Concept are developed into scenarios

Concept validation

Each concept is visualized and validated with users and stakeholders.

5. DELIVER

2-day Proposition & Pilot Sprint

For selected concepts propositions are detailed out and iterated on to optimize the promise and benefits delivered.

The MVP and pilot are defined based on key assumptions.

6. PILOT

Pilot Preparation

For the selected proposition the pilot plan is detailed out and pragmatic prototypes are implemented for the pilot.

Pilot Execution

The pilot is run with a focus on testing key assumptions. Possibly pricing/value validation is conducted.

1 day Evaluation session
